iOS 14: Apple keyboard finally adds emoji search – With iOS 14, Apple has finally added an emoji search field to the stock keyboard. Now, when you tap on the emoji button in the bottom left of the keyboard, there is a new search field above the row of emoji.

Facebook will show users a pop-up warning before they share an outdated story – Facebook  announced Thursday that it would introduce a notification screen warning users if they try to share content that’s more than 90 days old. They’ll be given the choice to “go back” or to click through if they’d still like to share the story knowing that it isn’t fresh.

Media authority seeks fake news crackdown – The communications watchdog wants tech giants to crack down on fake news. The Australian Communications and Media Authority says the code should help Australians better judge the bona fides of what they are reading online.

TikTok Teens and K-Pop Stans Say They Sank Trump Rally – TikTok users and fans of Korean pop music groups claimed to have registered potentially hundreds of thousands of tickets for Mr. Trump’s campaign rally as a prank. After the Trump campaign’s official account @TeamTrump posted a tweet asking supporters to register for free tickets using their phones on June 11, K-pop fan accounts began sharing the information with followers, encouraging them to register for the rally — and then not show.
