State of Social ’19 // The Social Gallery

Oh what a day it was!

425 amazing marketers gathered at Optus Stadium for a day of learning, laughter and fun at State of Social ’19.

Perth marketers and social media professionals were treated to a riveting day of best practice, expert opinion and insight from international social media pioneers about what we can expect in the future.

International keynotes Chris Messina, Matt Navarra and Jenn Herman joined Chris Wirasinha, Jonathan Harley and Kim McKay for a day answering the question “Where to From Here”

State of Social ’19 was the biggest social media event Perth has ever seen. It redefined what social media and marketing professionals can expect from an event, in terms of the quality of speakers, the venue, and the hospitality on offer. The swag bag every delegate received was unrivaled in generosity. The international keynote speakers made themselves available for questions and conversations throughout the event.

One of the final announcements from Meg Coffey is that State of Social ’19 was a reimagining of what a conference can be and she’s just getting started. While Perth is often considered ‘too regional’ for conference organisers, anyone working in WA can now look forward to an annual, world-class event without the need to incur large travel expenses or be away from the office. Bring on State of Social ’20.
