A Few Words: Adding to the revival and rise of the Murray Street precinct, The Emerson Bar’s mission is to serve up thirst quenching cocktails, wine, beer and good old-fashioned delicious pub fare in a stylish, fun and welcoming environment.
The Emerson Bar boasts a decadent interior design by the renowned creative Renee Coleman of The Collector; the multi level venue is decked out in Hollywood Regency style, a first for the Perth bar and pub scene.
The Emerson Bar also provides a slightly different offering on each level: the ground level is a more casual breezy public bar, the mid level has a distinctly glamorous feel and a more intimate experience for dining plus an ideal space for private events. The top level is an open air rooftop bar experience with incredible views of the Perth CBD. Each level has its own unique offering, but the Hollywood Regency design flows throughout.
Head Chef Tom Rushbrooke has devised a simple and unpretentious menu of fun pub fare that is served on all three levels of The Emerson Bar.
