A Few Words: The Trustee Bar & Bistro can be found on the very busy St George’s terrace in the majestic WA Trustee Building, right in the heart of the CBD. Established since 2012, this multi-award winning venue has quickly cemented itself as one of Perth’s favourite dining options.
The Trustee offers two different levels with several spaces in which to enjoy their seasonal, bistro style menu. The downstairs bistro bustles, with booth style seating, exposed wood and low ceilings. It exudes a beautiful warmth that is perfect for a long, leisurely lunch or a special dinner.
The upstairs bistro is brighter in appearance with its yellow seating, chandeliers and mirrored walls. Offering the same a la carte menu as downstairs, it sits adjacent to the main bar, Angel’s Cut. A fun, tongue-in-cheek rum bar that offers over 300 rums, bespoke cocktails and moorish snack food in an eclectic space that is overseen by our resident angel. The Trustee also has the luscious garden bar; a jungle style oasis set beneath the walkways of our bustling city. It is the perfect place to enjoy a local beer or wine from the extensive drinks selection in the Perth sunshine.
The Trustee is open from 12 noon Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and from 3pm Saturdays for dinner.
