Forget posting every day!
Scheduling Facebook posts is a super simple process, and it’s a great habit to get into for those of us who like to be prepared and planned.
Are you sick and tired of posting content every day, exactly when you need it posted? Well, you’re in luck!
Thanks to Facebook Business Suite, scheduling posts is really easy, takes a couple of minutes, and will save you so much frustration and time in the long run.
Let’s take a look at how to schedule Facebook posts.
Step 1: Create your post
Before you can schedule a Facebook post for the future, the first thing you need to do is create your post. To do so, you’ll need to head to Facebook Business Suite.
From there, click Create post in the top-right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Preview your post and choose placements
Once you’ve added photos (or video) and text to your post, you need to choose where you want your post to actually be posted. If you have both a Facebook and Instagram page, you’ll have the option to choose either (or both) platforms.
Step 3: Set your date and time
Once you’re happy with how your post looks in the preview window, it’s time to schedule it to go live.
You have two options here. Either click Optimal times or the small arrow next to Publish.
Regardless of the option you choose, you’ll be greeted by the same window:
Pick the date and time you’d like your post to go live and click Save.
Step 4: Schedule your post
To officially schedule your post, all you have to do is click Schedule post in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Keep in mind that all posts are scheduled in your local timezone.
What if I need to edit a scheduled post?
If, for whatever reason, you need to make changes and edit a scheduled post, Facebook makes the process super easy.
