One lucky SMPerth guest will win two tickets to the next Western Force home game thanks to Coffey & Tea.
Western Australia has a long and proud rugby history spanning more than 120 years. On Friday, 10 December, 2005 the ‘game they play in heaven’ reached new heights with the announcement that WA had won the bid to join the 2006 Super 14 competition.
On the back of ‘people power’ with more than 25,500 Western Australians expressing their desire to see a Super Rugby team in the west, the Western Force was born.
Over the past nine seasons, the club has experienced euphoria and disappointment but our Sea of Blue has remained loyal and proudly parochial throughout it all.
In 2013, armed with a new and exciting strategic direction and supported by the foundations of the club’s values of ‘courage’, ‘passion’ and ‘respect’, the team began turning around the disappointment of seasons past with a series of character-defining performances.
With a new recruitment model targeting home-grown talent and a decisive shift away from the east coast player pool, the Western Force is entering a fundamental new era of the club as the team continues to build on the foundations laid in the previous year and will be seeking to rise up the Super Rugby ladder once again in 2014.
The Western Force are a proud Western Australian club, committed to growing rugby participation and rugby talent through the inspiration of our people and our services.
Now is the opportunity to reignite that passion which delivered this team to WA and call on rugby fans new and existing to support their own WA team.
